About Maggie Delonay
After moving to Richmond from Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1995, Maggie joined the Virginia Properties' team in 1997. Having relocated with her family, Maggie understands the many aspects of the moving process and is sensitive to the needs of the relocation client. Real estate has always been of interest to Maggie. She worked in the industry selling homes in Wisconsin prior to her move to Virginia. Having worked closely with builders and contractors in new construction, she is familiar with the process of handling new home sales. In addition to her wealth of professional experience, Maggie assisted in the process of building her own personal residence. This helps her to better understand her client's needs and concerns should they choose to build their own home. Since her first year with Virginia Properties, Maggie has earned the Distinguished Achiever Award from the Richmond Association of REALTORS recognizing her high volume of sales. She is also recognized by the Home Builders Association for having achieved a high volume of sales in new construction alone. "My passion for real estate and providing exceptional service to my clients is what is most important to me. I am proud to be able to work with my clients whether selling or buying property providing knowledge and experience in today's market. I thank the many clients I have had the opportunity to serve during my career. They constantly help me to achieve my goals.
